6.4 attempt to gain unauthorized access to Broadbanddataservices.comMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the website; or
7.1 Purchases: Data and airtime top-ups are subject to availability from the relevant telecom networks.
7.2 Delivery: Most top-ups are processed instantly; however, delays may occur due to network issues beyond our control.
7.3 Liability: We are not responsible for incorrect top-ups resulting from wrong numbers or network disruptions.
8.1 Processing: Payments are processed based on the details you provide. Please confirm all account or smartcard numbers before payment.
8.2 Service Availability: We are not liable for delays caused by service providers.
9.1 Validity: All educational PINs sold are valid and sourced directly from authorized providers.
9.2 Responsibility: Once issued, PINs cannot be replaced if lost, shared, or misused.
9.3 Refunds: Refunds are not issued for used or tampered PINs.

10.2 Timeframe: Most conversions are completed within minutes; delays may occur due to network or banking issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
