These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Broadband Data Services Ltd., is a value-added digital services platform that provides mobile network data sales, airtime top-ups, cable TV subscriptions, utility bill payments, educational PIN purchases (e.g., JAMB, WAEC, NECO), airtime-to-cash conversion, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services provided by Broadband Data Services Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services.
2. Services Provided
Broadband_DS offers various services, including but not limited to:
Mobile network data top-up
Airtime top-up
Cable TV subscriptions (e.g., DStv, GOtv, Startimes)
Utility bill payments (electricity, water, waste management, etc.)
Educational PIN sales (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)
Airtime-to-cash conversion
Digital voucher sales (where available)
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove any service without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the legal age or have parental or guardian consent.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation: You may be required to create an account by providing your personal details, including your full name, phone number, email address, and password. Additional verification (e.g., BVN, NIN) may be required for certain services.
4.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided are accurate and up to date. Broadband Data Services is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
4.3 Security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Payments and Fees
5.1 Transaction Fees: Broadband Data Services Ltd. may charge fees for certain transactions, disclosed before completion.
5.2 Payment Methods: Payments can be made through supported payment channels, including debit/credit cards, mobile money, bank transfers, and wallet balances.
5.3 Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed error or service failure. Refund requests will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or wallet credit.
6. You agree not to:
6.1 create multiple account or violate any prohibition/restriction/limit placed on accounts on our website as this will lead to termination of your account and you will forfeit all funds in your account;
6.2 collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
6.3 Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Service - unless expressly permitted by Broadbanddataservices.com
6.4 attempt to gain unauthorized access to Broadbanddataservices.comMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the website; or
7. Mobile Data and Airtime Services
7.1 Purchases: Data and airtime top-ups are subject to availability from the relevant telecom networks.
7.2 Delivery: Most top-ups are processed instantly; however, delays may occur due to network issues beyond our control.
7.3 Liability: We are not responsible for incorrect top-ups resulting from wrong numbers or network disruptions.
8. Cable TV and Utility Bill Payments
8.1 Processing: Payments are processed based on the details you provide. Please confirm all account or smartcard numbers before payment.
8.2 Service Availability: We are not liable for delays caused by service providers.
9. Educational PIN Sales
9.1 Validity: All educational PINs sold are valid and sourced directly from authorized providers.
9.2 Responsibility: Once issued, PINs cannot be replaced if lost, shared, or misused.
9.3 Refunds: Refunds are not issued for used or tampered PINs.
10. Airtime-to-Cash
10.1 Rates: Conversion rates may vary and will be displayed before the transaction.
10.2 Timeframe: Most conversions are completed within minutes; delays may occur due to network or banking issues.
10.3 Verification: Suspicious transactions may require identity verification.
11. User Conduct
11.1 Prohibited Activities: You must not use our platform for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
11.2 Suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating these Terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
